permitted we can upgrade control files for your HAI
Controller via the internet, direct to your home. These

for customers. Customers can also make any programming
changes at any time using the software provided during
installation.

We are able to log onto your system (with permission) and
update software and firmware on the home controllers. We can
also diagnose problems and update programing requirements
all remotely.
Using a simply logmein pin verification you have control of
your PC and watch as our technician goes about the processes
all online. Your hoem controller must ne networked to your
hoem network for this facility to work.

Maintenance
contracts

BE-HOME DEZIGN offers maintenance contracts where we provide
upgrades for software and firmware when they are released.
Somtimes this means physical hands on at site and sometimes
it can be done on-line. Keeping your system abreast of the
latest technology advances makes it run more efficently and
offers the addition of more functionality as it is released.

CAD-CAM AND SCHEMATICS DRAWINGS

In 2009 we launched our new drawings service where our electrical
engineers provide CADCAM drawings for electrical and mechanical
and installation requirements. These can then be used in teh
field for project management, installation, trades services
etc. We provide these drawings for all kinds of companies
and businesses and teh service is open to the public.
All
automation installations have a full set of schematics.
