LIGHTING CONTROL . . .
UPB GEN III PLCBUS and UPB digital powerline lighting
controls and all in between the choice is vast. These
can be retro-fitted to existing homes or installed
during construction to suit. Using the exisiting 240
volt power lines in a home, the technology sends and
receives commands for lighting controls accross the
existing electrical wiring.

- DIGITAL POWERLINE CONTROL
The new UPB (Universal Power Bus) digital powerline
control can send and receive signals up to a mile
away with 99.9 percent reliability. Now that's great!
It will replace the A10 lighting control over time
as it becomes available in Australia. Generally there
is no need for filters or couplers using the UPB technology
and the range of wall, room and house switches make
lighting control a breeze. One great advantage is
a RETRO-FIT to existing homes because there are no
new wires. We simply use the existing 240volt electrical
wires around the home. UPB can also control appliances
and motorised evices making it more versatile in the
home.
