In
2010 BE-HOME DEZIGN
launched UPB GEN II products
into Queensland and through its agents into Australia
and New Zealand. We introduced the Digital
Smart Solutions online
Store and National Support Grid for Australia.
Now people can buy automation products online and have
local certified and trained support
install packages or custom design requirements almost
anywhere in Australia. HAI continues to release new
and innovative products
putting it ahead of the competition in 2010 including
support for IPHONE and IPAD technologies.
Now we offer C-BUS and Dynalite lighting
solutions with a HAI back end to complete
the entire automation portfolio for small to large requirements.
This offers a wide range of choice for clients. Our
stand at the July 2010 Brisbane HIA
Home Show won best in its category and we
also displayed HAI wares on our stand at the Melbourne
Home Show in August 2010.
In

design, products and service solutions for
home and commercial automation including Dynalite systems.
Our power-line technology

over the 240AC wiring.
The release of the Niveus system sees us at CEDIA in
July 2008 in conjunction with Alloys International.
Our Perth dealer joined
us in March 2008 and another Sydney
based dealer commenced in May 2008. The company
has positioned to be a strong force in the home automation
business in Australia now being represented in all
states. More developers have approached BE-HOME
this year with a view to including automation in new
construction and property developments. Our HAI training
programs continue to be popular. The company is represented
in Melbourne.
In
2007 we became the authorised distributor for another
range of home automation products. We designed and installed
systems for the Project 88 Charity
home at Sanctuary Cove
which when sold the proceeds went to children hospitals
around Australia. Our launch into home theatre applications
enabled the company to become proficient in related
systems and technologies. We entered into a joint agreemnet
with Choice Homes who build 1200 homes a year to provide
automation services for a range of their products.
In
2006 we launched the first touch
glass switch in Australia and became a business
partner of the Alloys International Group. Our security
services expanded to include access systems and surveillance
systems. Our Adelaide and Geelong

significant uptake by dealers and retail outlets.

warehousing is now held in Queensland providing an even
faster response for the Queensland and International
Asian markets.
In
2004 we completed agreements with IP
technology partners (Satellite
and Microwave) to deliver home automation
to remote areas not serviced by the major carriers.
Our strategic partner has eight satellites
in the sky covering most of the planet.
In

Group (Lend Lease) at Caroline Springs in
Victoria (one of the largest new home developments in
the state) using our two way internet satellite technology
to deliver IP broadband internet
communications to homes in the estate. This was successful
and BE-HOME was invited onto the Delfin Caroline Springs
technology advisory board as a result.
In
2002 we became the Australian Regional Distributor
